Boiler Feed Pump Selection Data

• Very similar to the Condensate Pumps

• Voltage- Needs to be exact example

• 230-3-60 not 230/460-3-60

• Simplex or Duplex

• Load - Typical units include EDR, BTU, Pound /HR

• Back Pressure -  Always has a Static Pressure to over come.  Need Static (Max Boiler Pressure) + lift + distance and size  pipe.

Mandatory Equipment

• Tank

• Pump 

• Float Switch & Solenoid Make Up Valve

• The BWLC located on the Boiler Starts and Stops the Pumps

• Requires Starters for both single and three phase

• Alternation is available for  Duplex Units.
